Tip BASED INCOME? lET'S GET YOU HOME

Service Industry Clients - Must Do’s​

  • ​Claim all your tips so they show on your pay stubs​​.

  • Establish a good credit score.

â–¸Get out 2-3 lines of credit -Through credit cards, car loans, or other installment debts that show on your credit.

  • Ensure all your lines of credits are paid on time each month.

  • If majority of your income is from tip income, you must be in the industry for two years.

â–¸Know you do not have to have the same job for two years, but you must be in the industry for two years.

â–¸If you switch jobs, know you will have to be on the new job for at least 3 months prior to being eligible to use tip income.

  • Try not to switch jobs within if you are looking to purchase a home within the next 3-6months.
